Hello and welcome to my professional e-portfolio. My name is Sierra Cole, and I am a rising Communication Professional looking to expand my professional experience and networks. I am 24 years old and a current graduate student at the University of Delaware majoring in Strategic Communications. As a highly organized, analytical, creative, and team-oriented individual, I have a wide range of experience in the Communication and Public Relations field, gained through internships and work in both corporate and nonprofit settings.

Furthermore, I am skilled in strategy development, project management, and brainstorming and creativity, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results and building long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Highly organized, analytical, creative, and team-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passionate about using my skills and interests to make a positive impact on the world and support marginalized communities, with a goal of becoming a communications Director or Project Lead.

Currently seeking a full-time remote job and a part-time position in the field of strategic communications, marketing, public relations, or social media, and exploring entrepreneurship opportunities such as freelancing and starting my own strategic communications firm or small business.

As a dynamic and innovative Communication Professional with a diverse background in marketing, social media strategy, publicity, promotions, and event coordination, I am committed to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. I have a proven track record of success in developing and expanding campaigns, improving and enhancing programs and managing projects within various organizations. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, I am confident in my ability to contribute value to any team and make a positive impact on the success of your organization. I am excited to bring my skills and expertise to a new role and continue learning and growing in my professional career.

As a young African American female professional, diversity, equity, and inclusion are important values for me, and I hope to eventually become a Communications Director or Project Lead while supporting marginalized communities. My areas of expertise include communications, public relations, and social media content development and management, and I am skilled in strategy development, project management, and brainstorming and creativity. I am a fast learner and eager to take on new challenges and learn new things.

My current goal is to secure a full-time remote job and a part-time position in the fields of strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and social media. I am also interested in exploring entrepreneurship opportunities such as freelancing, and eventually starting my own strategic communications firm or small business, offering communication, social media, and public relations services to entrepreneurs, non-profits, and for-profit individuals and businesses.
